One of the main benefits o f rationalization is it facilitates efficiency in mixer organizations such that the people involved follow the rules which guide them in making the right decisions and by book of facts meet the goals of their society. Nevertheless, rationalization has also been highly criticised, for one, it is seen as a force for the dehumanization of people in favor of rules organizational behaviors.
